No. Once we know where your cans are stored, service happens automatically whether you’re home, at work, or out of town.

How do you know my trash day?+

You provide your normal trash and recycling schedule when you start. We build your recurring service around it.

Do you handle recycling?+

Yes. Add your recycling pickup day during signup and we’ll include it in your service.

Where do you return my cans?+

Exactly where you told us they belong—beside the garage, behind the house, inside a gate, or another agreed location.

What happens on holidays?+

We monitor known holiday schedule changes and adjust your service route accordingly.

Do I need a credit card for the free month?+
